Mama Bear.

I’m assuming working with family can be difficult but luckily I wouldn’t know.

People ask me all the time what it’s like to work with my mom and honestly all I can say is it’s absolutely incredible... I get to work with one of the most important people in my life every day. She’s there to motivate me, encourage me and cheer me on but more importantly I have been able to learn from her.

She has guided me and shown me how she has built her success over her 15+ year career. She lets me do things my own way and be my own person but guides me in all types of better directions.

I appreciate this women more than I can ever explain in a blog but it’s wonderful to think I get to work beside this woman, ALWAYS laughing, constantly cracking jokes only we laugh at and always having someone to cheer me on when things get tough.
